Desperate sale and the consolation realizations

I just sold my earthpad, sleeping bag, and our 15" lcd monitor. Tears rolled onto my cheeks as I bade them good bye, but not for the sole reason that I gave them away for a price. It was because of the "price". Earthpad for 100, sleeping bag for 450, and lcd monitor for 1000 pesos. WTH I was too desperate to dispose stuff off. I haggled for a trader who could buy the monitor, but all I've asked offered almost the same prices. My face then sank at its center. To our consolation, Mommy told the buyer, "We are going to leave this place anyway."

My 40-L Sandugo backpack is also for sale, my friend Don currently currently reserved for it and will have it at a meager 1000pesos. Auction starts at 1000 pesos, any bids? I would be definitely be happier if it would be higher that 1k. I have let go of my sleeping bag, earthpad, and backpack, thus letting go of mountaineering (temporarily maybe, i hope). On a deeper note, I have thought of a lot of things and realized that I was too broad to be able to nail down goals, any significant and life-changing goal. That's why I have also decided to leave dragon boat rowing for a while, giving up my desire to experience to race. Too bad most Cebu Dragon Ladies have chosen to take a break from rowing this March, four races to be missed. I have also sort of let go of a few other people and things, those marked with great sensitivity if mentioned repeatedly (whew).

I'm fine, now I've come to realize why garage sales will never ever be profitable (who says anyway) or at least have a decent gain to comfort emotions.
